Request for ILS Consultant Recommendations

This is a request for recommendations on consultants.

Carleton College and St. Olaf College have decided to form a consortium to 
develop a shared integrated library system, using III products, and to 
pursue other cooperative projects.  We are beginning a planning process to 
form the consortium and to lay the groundwork for implementation of a 
shared system.

We seek consultants to advise us in:
1.Setting up a consortial mission, governance structure, policies, 
financial arrangements, communication and decision-making processes;
2.Devising a plan for implementing a shared III integrated library system;
3.Advising us on cataloging issues in merging catalogs, especially 
regarding special collections, music collections and non-print collections. 
[We think this should be a person with deep expertise in cataloging.]

Any names and recommendations/advice/caveats you can share will be useful 
in our decisions.  Thanks in advance.
