I create a new acquisitions list bimonthly and promote it generally to the faculty and staff. It's organized basically by LC number (or DDC where we use it), though it's first broken down broadly by types of materials. The latest list is posted at http://www.curry.edu/library_curry/acqs/acqs803.html. We do use Create Lists to get the basic data. Conversion of the data is semi-automated: it could certainly be more automated if I made myself get around to it. I don't get a lot of direct feedback from faculty, but I know from the comments that I do get that it is looked at and sufficiently appreciated to make the effort worthwhile. Best wishes, David M.
