Hi again,
I wanted to thank each of you who so graciously shared your tables for passwords and functions with me. They are going to be a great help in the future!
As it turns out I had to open a call on this issue because no matter how many functions I authorized our circ supervisor STILL could not add barcodes in Inn-Reach. The ultimate resolution came when the III technician realized that someone at III had set the password level for Add barcode, but did not set the ability to allow anyone to actually be assigned that function. It did not appear in our list of functions at all!
Our implementation coordinator, Kevin Mitchell, saved the day!
Thanks again for all your good advice and for sharing your tables with me. You are an awesome resource!!
