Hi again - I seem to have solved my problem and now have all my logins
working properly with associated initials/passwords. (There is a "Known
Issue" on CSDirect under "Millennium" which might explain what was
happening.) Although I had used the default "System" login to create some
new logins I had also used some of my new logins as the template for
subsequent ones, thus creating "sets" of logins. It looks like any changes
made to what was originally used as the template will affect all those
logins created from it.

This problem is due to be fixed as a patch for Release 2002 Phase 3 but in
the meantime what I've done is edit the "System" login to reflect those
default options I want for all our logins (knowing that if I change it
again these changes will affect every login I have created). I then removed
the "Manager-Controlled Options" from those logins I had already created,
copied the default "System" login options to them and then made any
individual changes needed, including associating initials/passwords.
