Robert,
The patron file load isn't very intuitive to run, but if you have done it a
few times, you will feel more comfortable with it. Curently I am planning
to automate the process and would be happy to share with those who are
interested if we succeed. Meanwhile, please email me directly regarding the
problems you are having now.
