I know what you mean about this. Since you *can* sort by file name in
Millennium I have taken to beginning all of my searches with my initials
which helps as any list I want to search against tends to be one I've run
in the first place. It does get messy though and we "only" have 120
lists. We had 40 until we got a new server a year and a half ago and with
9 (now 10) branches, I truly wonder how they lasted as long as they did!

r in global update, or in MilStats. It's really time-consuming to have to
scroll up and down trying to locate the file you want, especially when you
already know the file number. Some of our folks have learned the trick of
naming files somethings easy to spot, like "!!!!!!!!!!!!My New Books!!!!!!"
but when there are several files with names like that, it gets really
ugly. It drives me crazy with a list of 160 files...I can't imagine what
this is like with a much longer list.
