Yes, staff do hold onto lists OR they forget to delete them. We have a procedure here where lists which are essential (ie. not to be removed) are named "template". Once a month, I go in and clear all lists over a month old which do not have the word "template" in the name. Staff are also instructed to empty their lists when they are finished, though I don't think many of them do. They know that I do the monthly maintenance and so far I haven't had any complaints about people loosing their lists prematurely! I hope this helps! Eeva

You can purchase additional list capability from III. I find that staff
hold on to lists longer than they need to, for reasons I can only assume are
related to security blankets.
