- Subject: Re: Millenium Logins/associated initials
We've had this problem since we started using Millennium, and I haven't
been able to figure out why or how to fix it. Innovative hasn't come up
with anything either.

Hi folks
I can no longer get some Millenium logins to recognise the "associated"
initials/passwords that I had previously set up. Some are still OK but
some now need me to go into "Set Initials" even although when I look in
"Manager Controlled Options" in the Login Manager the correct initials
are
in place. I've tried deleting the problem logins and started again
from
scratch as well as deleting the "Manager Controlled Options" and
redoing
them, but no luck. Has anyone else experienced this? We are on
Release
2002 Phase 2.
Regards
