Call III -- they can include the LPATRON field in those fields that can
be updated (the LCHKIN field too). Then create lists based on those
fields and use the Rapid Update program to empty them. Our biggest list
is 200,000 records, so I had to break the records up into several
batches. (We have over a million item records.) 


Whenever I want to generate a list and the field I want isn't an option,
III has always been able to make the field an option for me. For example,
the Money Owed field in patron records.

not be cleared from the field.  It just won't be updated.  This
is not a field that can be updated so is there any way to clear out the
