We have been doing this since we began using the electronic claiming
program four years ago. When you have 6000+ subscriptions and
continuations, you have to break it down into smaller categories just to
keep your sanity. If you want details / advice, you may contact me
off-list.

Subject: Claims: Serials/Journals/Standing Orders

Hello,

We are in a process of reviewing our claiming procedure for Serials. We
are
trying to explore the possibilities of claiming the issues by creating
review file. Any assistance would be highly appreciated!

Thanks in advance,
