We download patron records from the College's student database, as well
and manually key them, and use the PCODE3 field to indicate whether a
record was keyed into the system via a default value in the record
template. If you also load records via FTP, one thing to consider is
having III make this a protected field so your data isn't lost when
records are updated/overlayed.
