Are you using uppercase letters in the initials or passwords? Millennium
doesn't handle uppercase as that first entry of initials and passwords, but
will recognize their lowercase form. If the initials time out or are
changed after first connecting it no longer has problems with uppercase
letters. I haven't checked yet under Phase 3, but it was still true under
Phase 2.
