Does the form on illbook.html page use token (<!--{illform}-->) or hard coded html? The searched term will not retain if a hard coded form is used instead of the token.

Subject: Query on custom ILL form: searching catalog and returning to
ILL empties form

Dear List,

We have some custom ILL forms (http://192.156.214.13/illb as an example).
When students use the "Search library catalog for this title" link,
they are taken appropriately to the OPAC, but then the "Return to
ILL form" button takes them back to a blank form, instead of to
one with the form data preserved.

There was some suggestion in the list archives of using the
<!--{illscope}--> token, but when I tried adding that token
to the form it didn't seem to work.

What needs to be done to make this work?
