- Subject: RE: Conflicts with IE and Content Advisor
We have noticed something similar in our millennium
media system. For some users (always using IE) the
patron authentication forms do not display. I think it
has something to do with security settings in IE. In
some cases changing the security settings to a lower
level fixes the problem, though it is not consistent.
I haven't seen any problems with netscape 4.x or later.
I did open a call on this with Innovative yesterday.

Subject: Conflicts with IE and Content Advisor
Are any libraries getting complaints from patrons not able to view their
list of held or checked out items online? A user on the list gave me a
clue that the Content Advisor feature in Internet Explorer causes conflicts
with III's patron account info interface. I have not been successful in
getting patrons with this feature turned on to be able to view their lists
of held and checked out items. Does anyone know if III is working on this
problem?
