RE: webpubdef file

A couple of things regarding the webpub.def file appear to be missing from 
the manual.  (I can't find evidence of either.)

(1)  The wwwoptions file needs to contain the line
         WEBPUBDEF=true

(2)  The webpub.def file itself needs to contain a line indicating where 
the holdings display goes.  (Not sure if this a bug or just an omission in 
the instructions.)  The file needs to contain the following line somewhere.
         b|H||||

Bur even with both of these pieces of the puzzle in place, I think there 
may still be some problems;  I tried some of the example lines exactly as 
written in the manual and did not see the expected results.
