My understanding from reading the list, is that Anzio www.anzio.com as the telnet software has solved a whole spectrum of printing problems for III customers. There are trial downloads that might be a good place to start. I am still unclear whether the Anzio Lite is sufficient, or if you will need the full version to get at problems like the one you describe.

Check the list archive for other discussion and advice - you're not the first with printing problems from Millenium. Bob Rasmussen [ras@xxxxxxxxxx] has some advice on how their product can be used in the Millenium environment

Subject: millemium printing problem

Has any library had problem with printing from millenium?

One of my collegues cannot print the books which arrive late after claiming invoices. This printing problem cause all the involved records unavailable for other operations.

Another collegue tried to but could not print a created list of bib records from millenium.III said that printing function does not work.

Any suggestion for trouble shooting? Thanks.
