Knovel, Hoover's and proxy rewrite

Is anyone successfully using the proxy rewrite method on Knovel texts or
Hoover's database?  We are having trouble with both of these.  For the
Knovel product we can connect through the proxy rewrite method, but are
unable to view any images.
