We are also having keyboarding problems since we installed 2002 phase 3. 
  We try to use the keyboard as much as possible, including keyboard 
shortcuts, to minimize carpal tunnel problems we've experienced due to 
"overmousing".  But since phase 3 installation, often our keystrokes are 
being picked up TWICE by Millennium.  For example, I work from review 
files a lot, and use the keyboard shortcut ALT + F + N to "next" my way 
through the list.  Since phase 3, Millennium often reads this as if I 
had typed ALT + F + N plus another N.  So I am moved to the next record, 
yes, but then an extra "n" is inserted into the record.  This happens to 
us all day long with all kinds of keystrokes.  Someone will enter a "b" 
to choose barcode search, and a second "b" will be inserted at the 
beginning of the search string.  Doesn't matter how slow or fast one 
types, either.  Most annoying!
