We also use the Star SP-200 and SP-212. They work well, but make sure to
get the parallel ones. We already had serial ones in place when we switched
to Millennium from DRA Inlex, and found that they will stop printing at
approx. 14 items. The parallel ones will keep printing no matter the number
of items checked out. They were $205 each when we purchased 3 earlier this
year.

Canton Public Library is using 4-5 of the Star SP200, 40 column receipt
printers, which seem to be pretty good workhorses. I am told they are
relatively inexpensive ($100 range, but don't quote me).
