Subject: Thanks re: Serials Phase 3 create item bug? also delete bug

As Beth Holmes indicated, using the mouse seems to make the problem go 
away, both with creating items and deleting issue boxes. Very strange! I 
have passed this on to all the staff who deal with serials, who will be 
very happy to have an immediate fix.
