Hi Hilary,
I can't answer to the first part of this (yet, I have two different 
branches with serials problems I need to talk to this afternoon yet) but 
this last one is one I opened a call on last Tuesday (9/2/03).  Our call 
tracking number is c699783 if you want to reference it.  Sorry for not 
mentioning this to the list.
