We've had a similar problem which I just reported to III. When creating
an item from the checkin box after the item has already been checked in
(not during the checkin process) if we use the shortcut key CTRL R then
the system doesn't read the barcode in the first time, but instead
launces through another set of template prompts, then allows the barcode
to be entered and then creates two item records with the same
information. If we use the mouse to do the same thing it works just
fine. This is a problem in both Mil Ser and Mil Cat.
