That message comes up for us when a student has not clicked "yes" in the
security box message that precedes the viewing of the e-reserve. We then
have to close the browser and reopen a new one in order for the document to
be viewed and printed.

Subject:	E-reserves - Printing not supported...

Hello everyone -

We have suddenly (within the last week or two) begun encountering the
message "Printing not supported by this browser" when trying to print
e-reserves. We are using IE 5.5 primarily...haven't had a problem before
this. Has anyone else experienced this, or found a fix?

Thanks!

Mike
