Are you referring to the profile review? If yes, make sure you check the different ways you can access records. It took over 2 weeks for III to set it so we could do a barcode search. Also, we found that there was around 10% of items where the record search brought up the wrong record - no matter how we did it. Also - our record search did not work the first week we were doing this.
For us, word and subject searches were hit or miss. Some of it was the mapping used and some of it is still unknown. Our feeling was that if we found an item and searched for values contained in the MARC fields, that we should eventually find the item on the system again. This was not always the case.
We used the form provided by our trainer. It was a great memory jogger and kept us on track.
