Final Week to Submit Your Program Proposals

Hi everyone,

This is the final week to submit program proposals.  I have already 
received some good submissions.  However, there is not enough yet to make a 
full program for IUG 2004 in Boston.

I know many of you have great ideas or experiences with your Innovative 
system.  What have you done that is new or different?  We'd love to hear 
about it.  The deadline for proposal submission is coming up on Friday, 
September 12, 2003.  Don't miss it!!
