RE: Phase III

We upgraded this past Sunday.  It took a total of about 3 1/2  hours --
that's preparation and the actual upgrade.  I ran into a couple of glitches,
but was able to call III and they corrected the problem.  Overall, I think
it went fairly smooth.  We're a small academic library (about 120,000
volumes), so it might be different for larger size libraries.
