We also had this problem. We either got a 403 message or the message
"all ports in use". Our systems person worked with III who said that
they had a patch that should fix the problem - and it has. Give them a
call and ask them to install this patch for you.

For the beginning of the new semester we had our usual bibliographic 
instruction class in a room full 30 PC, and for the first time we seemed
to 
bump up against the limit of logins (we got 403 error after about 10
machines)

We have only 20 licences and the OPAC logins are using the patrons 
contention group that is set to 20 licences.

I am puzzled because last year, same exact class in same room, we did
not 
have this problem.

Also, when I looked at the details of the OPAC logins (see below) it
says 
of the 20 logins, 17 are used.  But then it only displays 7 rows when I
say 
"Show current users"

Am I missing some phantom logins?   Thanks,  Len
