- Subject: advice on using absolute date loan rules for community college quarters
Good day,
Our community college is considering changing their loan practice for
some material they have previously circulated to faculty for a
school-year-long loan.
In the past we have used an absolute date rule, with a due date set to
the last day of spring quarter and no renewals.
We would like to create quarterly loans (due on the last day of class
for the current quarter), renewable twice, each time to the end of the
next succeeding quarter.
How should we best do this?
