Yes, I can confirm that it is possible to turn on the subfund option for
one library only when you have multiple accounting units.  As far as I
know you cannot make this change yourself but will have to ask the help
desk to do it for you.  When you view or try to update system options the
entry will say something like:

Divide funds into subfunds based on ORD type..................CALL Innov.
