We're still on Phase 3 beta (build 25) and this isn't the case on our site. What is your "DROP_DOWN" wwwoption set to? Ours is 'DROP_DOWN=atdX'. We don't present the srchhelp_Y.html page to our end users, so they never see the /search/Y screen.

This has either been fixed or is not an issue on some systems. It works fine on ours:

3.  The Boolean operators 'and', 'or', and 'and not' are not supposed to be case-sensitive.  However, we found on our system that the system would ignore the  ''AND" operator if input in caps, and convert it to an 'or'.   This may have been fixed on the very latest version of the Phase 3 software currently available for download.
