One addition to Don's info on setting up the Phase 3 FTP capability: if
your favorite FTP client is the freebie version of ws_ftp, and you're
running WinXP, you either need to disable WinXP's Internet Connection
Firewall OR set ws_ftp to use Passive Transfers (on the "Advanced" tab).
