Addressing Sue's observation:   

Innovative did send out an official notification--which I received last
night at 9:28pm PST--but I am 99% sure that it goes out only to the
person listed as the Coordinator at each site.  

You can see who is listed as the coordinator for your site by logging in
to CSDirect with your "superuser" login. 

I had to poke around a little to find the information, but you are
welcome to contact me off-list and I will tell you where I found it.
