Hello Paul,

We have recently upgraded to Release 2002 Phase 3(Beta). You do need to
read the Release Notes carefully and be sure that you follow the
instructions for checking that you have sufficient free space to
complete the install and that you to run a check to see the status of
your invoices.

Gloria

I would be interested to hear any of the Beta sites talk about their
experience with Phase 3. Or for Said to elaborate a bit on his comment
"carefully read the release notes before thinking of an upgrade"

We are a new site, our server with Phase 2 was installed two weeks ago.
We are discussing with our team upgrading to Phase 3 before we begin
training staff.

Is anyone suggesting that we'd want to train staff on Phase 2, then let
the dust settle on Phase 3 out in the field, and then later upgrade to
Phase 3, and retrain staff?

Opinions regarding the wisdom of either approach are welcome.

PE

Hi gang,

I haven't received an official notice from Innovative but I just popped
into CSDirect for something and Phase 3 is available for download.
