If you have NOT trained any staff on release 2002 phase 2 yet, I suggest you upgrade first to phase 3 then put together your training. Phase 3 has many different features could change the way things are done in phase 2.
Reading the release notes and the final enhancements will help you to decide on many fronts, for example: What to do with your test ports and its wwwoptions files, what FTP software to use (dreamweaver or not), continue printing the Circulation reports from text based or Millennium, preparing printers and their IP addresses, etc,.
