What we usually tell our AOL users is to log on to AOL & then open up another browser to access our databases. This usually works.

Subject: Web of Science and AOL
Hi Group,
We are having a "devil of a time" solving a problem for a member of our
faculty. He needs to connect Web of Science from his home computer. His
ISP is AOL and after going through our WAM authentication he ends up
getting the following message.
"Sorry, you need subscription to an ISI Web of Knowledge product in
order to follow this link.
If you think you might have reached this page in error, please contact
ISI Technical Support.
(Your IP address is 172.141.57.2.)
Please visit our Web site for more information on ISI Web of Knowledge."
The IP address belongs to AOL.
We are wondering if anyone has encountered and resolved this particular
problem. We are using the older WAM product at this time.
Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
Steven
