Submit your IUG 2004 Program Proposals!

Hi everyone,

Hope everyone has had a productive and enjoyable summer.

This is a quick reminder that there is still time to submit program 
proposals for IUG 2004 in Boston.  The proposals are due on Friday, 
September 12, 2003 which is less than three weeks away!  We still need 
programs to cover all sorts of topics.
