	Hello,

We have been having problems with our Telephone Notification System
(TNS) since the beginning of the calendar year. Intermittently, we have
been unable to initiate uploads to INNOPAC, and, less frequently, downloads
from INNOPAC. We have lost considerable data due to file erasures.

We have NOT lost our hope for a successful resolution of our
problem. But, we'd like to hear from other sites that may be experiencing
or have experienced similar difficulties.

1)	What is / was the source of your problem? How have you resolved it?
2)	Did you develop a way of dealing with data loss, apart from mailing
an advance copy of notices to yourself, before queuing them for TNS calls?

We also would like to hear from sites where the NEW graphical
version of TNS running under the Windows XP operating system(Version 2) is
being used.

1) Can this system handle up to 2500 calls a day? Has it been tested
well?
2) Will we be just exchanging old issues with a new set of problems?
3) Has any site using the beta version of the new TNS experienced
significant data loss?

Thanks for any guidance you can provide.
