No, and it's not really a port thing. WinXP's Internet Connection Firewall
works (basically) by comparing incoming traffic with outgoing requests. If
an outgoing request was made, then the incoming response to the request is
allowed. Since Millennium client requests are initiated by the PC, the
server's responses are allowed through the ICF back to the PC (just as a
Web page is allowed to appear when you request it by clicking a link
containing its URL).
More detailed/technical explanations/corrections welcomed.
