Win XP, local firewall and Millennium applications

Dear Innopaqers,
      Our IT Dept. here is preparing a new PC image for us, which will have
the 'local firewall' of Windows XP turned on.  Do I need to worry about
what port numbers need to be open on the local PC for Millennium
applications to work?  Are they the same port numbers as have to be open
for the server to function?  I'm wondering, and didn't see any information
in csdirect about this particular aspect.  Or does the data returned from
the server come in through port 80?  Or ... ??  I'll be very grateful for
any light anyone can shed.
