Using Millennium 2002 Phase 2

I have a question about the Advanced Keyword Searching. According to the
FAQ on Innovative's website, it is supposed to allow you to set pre-search
limits for your search. Checking the manual, page 101241, I see that the
Advanced search feature is looking for these files: srchhelp_X.html,
srchhelp_Y.html, srchhelp_Z.html. Doing an advanced keyword search on our
site, using srchhelp_X.html, we have discovered that it is not limiting that
it is supposed to. For instance, we wanted to bring up all videos that we
had with the word "research". We type the word in the text box and
"Audiovisual" for the Material Type to limit it. However, when we perform
the search, it brings up EVERY record that has the word "research" -- 3,114
records. I'm not exactly sure where to begin to troubleshoot this, but if
you have any ideas, I'd love to hear from you. Thank you.
