Hmm. I have never gotten the manual's table of contents in IE. It does
work in Netscape 4.7 and 7.1 for me. I am on 2003 phase 3 beta, but the
same held true in Phase 2--except for 7.1, which I just started using last
week. I do use IE 5.5 for CSDirect though. That always worked whereas
Netscape 4.7 didn't, but 7.1 seems fine there so far.
