Karen,
Thru Catalog Database Management, choose option I > Delete Item Records,
at the key or scan item ID prompt, type t then the title of your serial.
Once you're into the record choose option M to mark/unmark a range of items,
the choose M again to mark for deletion then key the range you want to
delete. You might want to be careful about doing too many during heavy circ
times. Hope this helps!

Subject: rapid deleting of multiple items
OK, maybe I'm hallucinating or maybe it's just too much inventory
cleanup but it seems that somewhere in the system (text-only NOT
Millennium) I've seen where you can pull up the title of a journal and
then select which items you want to delete and then delete those
selected all at once.
We have a large number of journal issues to delete and don't want to
have to scan each one to delete them. We also don't want to delete
everything attached to the title so Create Lists doesn't seem a logical
choice.
Does anyone recollect seeing this in the menus?
