It does work on our system. I just cancelled one of my holds. Here is my code
BUT_PAT_CANCELALL=/screens/cancel.gif" style="display:none;""
As it shows above, I had imported a graphic file called cancel.gif to take
the place of the standard CANCEL ALL, III button. I am not sure if this
makes any difference, but Matt's solution does appear to work for us,
although it needs to be more thoroughly tested.
