Booking Module input form?

I just got an interesting request about the Booking Module that I
thought I'd share...
"The Web Review Committee just reviewed the new booking request form
that faculty will print out, complete, and then send to the library. We
were wondering if there was an online system that could be used
instead."
I had to say no...but it would be a good enhancement request.
