Hi Robert,

We just upgraded last month from the Okidata 395 serial printer to an
HP4200DTN (black/white) printer with 2 paper trays for our Acquisitions
department. Below are the features:

35 pages per minute, 1200DPI, duplex unit, 64MB RAM, parallel, USB,
10/100 Ethernet, HP PCL 6, 5e, and PostScript 3 (PS 3) emulation,
handles up to 8.5 x 14" paper

We are now purchasing P.O. forms from III (8.5 x 14) and put them in one
paper tray with regular (8.5 x 11) in the other paper tray. (We decided to
purchase the forms from III because we don't use a lot of them in a year.
Most of our orders are sent via email.)

The staff love it - the print jobs are incredibly fast.

Hope this helps - let me know if you need more information.

Subject: Printer Recommendation

Our Okidata Microline 395 printer needs to be replaced.

Since Innovative does not provide support for printers, I would
appreciate recommendations for replacement from listserv members.

Thank you.
