It works on our system at http://library.brown.edu
File a ticket with Innovative. We had the same problem. One day it was
working and the next day it wasn't. Also, if you have multiple East Asian
languages, check them all out. For a while we had Chinese working, but it
took Innovative several months to fix Korean. -- Howard
