What format (extension) are the saved files in.  The native Adobe saved 
format is ".psd"  which is not a format used to post images to the 
web.  The ".psd" files can only be opened by a user with Photoshop, 
Fireworks, or some other advanced graphics editing software.  I am not sure 
what options are available for saving in Photoshop Elements, but the full 
Photoshop offers options for saving as gif or jpg or tiff filles, all of 
which should work with Media Management.  -- Howard
