I just returned from a long holiday, and am slowly catching up on e-mail.

Our privacy statement is at
http://library.ust.hk/privacy.html
With a link to it from every form we use. On there are 2 statements actually, both required by the laws of Hong Kong (although the wording is up to us), a "Privacy Policy Statement" and a "Personal Information Collection Statement"
