I suggest you change the service level for your login "web" to 1 and
change the forward table entry above to:
4> Service Level = 1
5> Verify = 3
Your on-campus users won't be asked to login while your off-campus users
will. (You could set the off-campus service level to 2 but you may want
to reserve it for other purposes.)
