Using Millennium 2002 Phase 2

Here is a MilAcq question: Someone entered into Acquisitions a standing
order and of course, told it to recognize today as both the order and the
receiving date.  Then they started entering regular orders, not realizing
that it was maintaining the RDATE (received date).  Now that we have
discovered this, it will not let me cancel the order (I have two that have
been cancelled by the vendor because they are OP).  Is there anyway that
this can be corrected without losing stats?
